Is Trump Russian Revenge Porn?

I thought it ironic when the Donald declared April “Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month” until I realized SAAPM takes place every April and traditionally the president proclaims it so – regardless of whether he’s for or against sexual assault.

And given Trump’s multiple sexual assault-related lawsuits, his famous Billy Bush tape and recent public defense of fellow assailer Bill O’Reilly we have solid clues as to where Trump stands on the issue. So, it seems very sporting of the Donald to promote an assault prevention message. That’s our Donald, ever the good sport – which may be why he expects the ladies to be good sports when he gets to grabbing. Only fair!

Speaking of good sports, Vladimir Putin just gave the anti-homophobia cause in Russia a real PR boost by outlawing a picture. Sure, the image was of Vladimir himself made up as a gay clown with a rainbow background. But, Putin, who majored in propaganda, knows full well banning something just makes it more desirable and, now, more people than ever will view the pic, further promoting gay rights in mother Russia.

So, actually, Vladimir promoted his gay clown image (which was a good look for him) for public welfare. Yup, another good sport.

If there were only some way these classy guys could work together; who knows what might be accomplished?

Well, as dream come true, that relationship may have already been consummated – privately, of course. Gentlemen don’t kiss and tell, but these two have been hanging for a while – since the Moscow Miss Universe Pageant, doing the long-distance relationship thing. Back then Vladimir was the pursuer, Donald the prize. Now, who knows? Though I suspect Putin, having gotten what he wanted, may be moving on. (Those frisky Russians!)

Hence, it’s unclear whether a bad Putin-Trump relationship was responsible for Putin inflicting Trump on us, kind of like revenge porn. Or if a good relationship has encouraged Putin to share the joys of despotism with an impressionable Donald. Either way we get fucked – so, there’s that.

It been one-hundred-forty-nine day since electing Putin’s plaything and I still can’t adjust to the notion. Some relationships are just wrong, will never work: Humbert and Lolita, Oedipus and Jocasta, Rihanna and Chris Brown, but none compare with the catastrophic mismatch of Trump and America.

The republic needs Trump to get his grubby paws off us and go back to his Russian liaison.
