I really need to write
Some prose
While poetry is fine
Writing lean can be rough
I’m running out of rhyme

Perhaps a sweet short
Parable
About a sweet short girl
A bottom up thinker
In this top down world

I just need a
Compelling line
To start this mental hike
A name, a place, perhaps a thought
Maybe something like:

Faye didn’t have time for poetic thoughts this morning because today was going to be different.
